Fish with coconut milk

Ingredients:

Fish – 400 g
shrimp -. 8 pcs
onion, chopped ring – 1 pcs.
tomatoes, cut into slices -. 2 pcs
garlic, crushed – 1 clove
green coriander, chopped
palm oil – 2 tbsp. spoons of
milk coconut – 1 cup of
the juice of 2 lemons
black pepper
salt

 

Cooking method:

The fish is cleaned, rinsed, season with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, to connect with peeled prawns, chopped vegetables and herbs, pour palm oil and coconut milk and stew for 10 minutes. Serve immediately with rice and farofoy.
