Fillet of a passion fruit sauce


fillet of beef to taste

leek sliced 300 grams
Beef pulp 1 cup
cream 5 Art. spoons
butter 1/2 Art. spoons
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

fillet slices with salt and pepper and fry on both sides with oil until golden brown.
The pulp of passion fruit juice or whip with the sugar, bring to a boil, add the cream and mix thoroughly. Put the sauce fried meat and bring to a boil.

Serve with rice and mashed potatoes.
