Especially tasty is obtained fern fried with onions and various spices. Before cooking the fresh leaves, up to 20 cm need to soak in water to remove bitterness.
Fern 500 grams
onions 2 heads
vegetable oil 3 Art. spoons
salt to taste
mayonnaise 4 Art. spoons
