Easter biscuit


Wheat flour – 2 1/2 cup
egg – 1 pc.
sugar – 1 1/2 cup
butter, softened – 1 cup of
yeast, dry – 2 tsp.
essence of vanilla and almond -. 1/2 teaspoon
sugar – 1 cup
milk – 1-2 tbsp. Spoon
vanilla -. 1/2 teaspoon
food dye – a few drops of
salt – 1 1/4 tsp.


Cooking method:

To test the sugar mix well with butter or margarine, egg, almond and vanilla essence. Add flour and yeast dough, cover it with a lid and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hour.
Cooked dough into two parts. Every part of the roll on the table, sprinkle with flour, in a layer 3 mm thick, cut into oval pieces of a length of 5 cm, put in shape, lightly greased with butter or margarine and bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool.
