Drink egg





egg – 6 pcs.
sugar – 1/4 cup
salt – 1/4 tsp.
milk – 4 cups of
vanillin (vanilla sugar) – a pinch
* fillers to taste


Cooking method:

Eggs connect with 2 cups of milk, sugar and salt, beat until fluffy mass.
Put the egg mass on low heat and warm up, not boiling a few minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

In the resulting mass pour the remaining milk, add vanilla sugar and mix. Cool.

Serve the drink, pour into glasses.

You can arrange the drink with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
