Croquettes with ham and olives


chopped ham – 100 g
olives chopped – 2 tbsp. spoons of
wheat flour – 2 1/2 Art. tablespoons
butter – 1 1/2 Art. spoon
. boiled eggs, chopped – 3 pcs
milk – 1/2 cup
black pepper
For frying:
extra virgin olive oil – for frying
eggs raw – 2 pcs.
Wheat flour – 1/4 cup
breadcrumbs finely ground – 1/4 cup
water – 2 tbsp. spoons


Cooking method:

At moderate heat, stirring, fry the flour with the butter for 2 minutes. Slowly pour, stirring, milk, boil for 3 minutes, add the remaining ingredients, mix well. The prepared mixture out onto a plate and place in refrigerator for 40 minutes.
From the cooled mixture formed into croquettes, breaded them first in flour, then – with water in whipped eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown and dry on a paper napkin. Serve hot.
