Cookies with nutmeg





sugar – 250 g
sweet almonds – 250 g
Egg – 2 pcs.
cinnamon Powdered and grated nutmeg – 1 tsp.
cloves -. 1/2 tsp
lemon zest grated -. 1 teaspoon of
wheat flour – 2 spoons t.
margarine for greasing the pan


Cooking method:

Whisk eggs with sugar until light fluffy mass.
Almonds are clean, chop and mix with spices, zest, eggs, flour and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into a reservoir, a notch cut out the figures, put on a greased baking tray with margarine and bake in the oven at medium heat until golden brown.
