Cold turkey with dill sauce


turkey – 1 pc. (3 kg),
dill, chopped -. 1 teaspoon of
cucumber, peeled and grated on a coarse grater – 1 cup
mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
yogurt – 1 cup
olive oil – 1/4 cup of
the juice of 1 lemon
black pepper, salt – 1/4 Art. spoon


Cooking method:

Prepared turkey grease, put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 ° C until ready.
After that, remove the turkey from the oven and cool.

To prepare the sauce, yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, cucumber, lemon juice, pepper, salt, mix well.
