Cold soup with parsley

Ingredients:

parsley root, sliced nebolshipmi pieces – 250 g
onions, sliced – 1 clove
garlic, chopped – 2 cloves
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons of
wheat flour – 1/4 cup
milk – 4 cups of
lemon peel, grated – 1 tbsp. teaspoon
salt

 

Cooking method:

Parsley, onion and garlic in butter put out within 10 minutes. While stirring, add the flour, then slowly pour the milk, add salt and boil until thick.
The resulting mass is beat with a mixer and rub through a sieve, then put in the fridge. Before serving, sprinkle with zest.
