Coffee on the Australian way




ground coffee – 2 tbsp. spoons of
water – 300 grams of
orange peel – 2 strips (7 * 1 cm),
lemon peel – 2 strips (2 * 1 cm)
Carnation – 2-4 bud


Cooking method:

1. At the bottom of the jug drip coffeemakers lay zest of orange, lemon and cloves so that hot coffee dripping on the spices.

2. When the coffee fully seep through the filter, gently shake the jar, let the coffee a little brew and pour it into warmed cups.

3. Add sugar to taste.
