Cod fillet in wine sauce





cod fillets – 600 g
red wine table – 300 g of
walnuts peeled – 100 g
Garlic – 2-3 cloves of
celery – 3 sprigs
coriander 3 sprigs
ground pepper


Cooking method:

Prepared fillets cut into portions, place in a saucepan, sprinkle with chopped onions and herbs, salt, pepper, pour a mixture of wine and 300 grams of water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
Cooked fish lay on a dish. Fish broth, strain, add the chopped nuts and garlic and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour sauce cooked fish. When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.
