Cocos bagels





coconut – 10 Art. spoons of
sugar – 4 tbsp. spoons of
wheat flour – 2 cups
milk – 2 tbsp. Spoon
egg – 2 pcs.
butter or margarine – 120g
vanilla – on the tip of a knife


Cooking method:

Oil whisk, add the flour, sugar, coconut, vanilla, milk and beaten eggs, quickly knead the dough.

Bake at 210 ° C for 30-40 minutes. When serving bagels you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
