Chilean Salad


onion, chopped – 4 cups
tomatoes, peeled and seeds and chopped – 4 cup
olive oil – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
cilantro, chopped – 1/2 cup of
the juice of 1 lemon
black pepper
salt – 1 tsp.


Cooking method:

Bow soak in cold water for 1 hour. Then drain the water, dry onion, mix with tomatoes, salt and pepper, sprinkle with oil and lemon juice. When serving sprinkle with cilantro.
