Cooking method:

Wonderful little crispy chicken wings in a fragrant tomato-garlic sauce is easy to make at home. Post them as possible, both as a meal with a side dish, or as a snack for watching your favorite movies with the whole family.

To prepare the chicken wings we need:

20 pcs chicken wings
0.5 cups flour
0.5 cups of any tomato sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
60 g butter
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Wings wash, cut into two parts at the joint.

In a plastic bag to put the wings, pour the flour, the salt and pepper, paprika, tie the bag and roll in this mixture wings.

Baking tray lay a foil or baking paper, put it breaded wings and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes on each side (after about 15-20 minutes, turn over and bake the wings of another 15-20 minutes, until golden brown). At the request of the wings you can sprinkle the top lightly with vegetable oil.

While the wings are baked, in the meantime prepare the sauce. In a saucepan melt the butter, add to it the remaining black pepper, garlic or garlic powder, salt to taste. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with a little some water to the consistency of liquid ketchup.

The wings from the oven, spread in a large container, pour the hot sauce and stir so that all the wings covered with sauce evenly.

We spread the wings in a sauce on a large plate (in a container or pot can not leave them, that they are not soaked and stayed crispy).

Serve at the table with any side dish or without him.

Bon Appetit! Rejoice yourself and your loved ones!
