Cheese salad in jelly


processed cheese or soft shredded – 1/2 cup
cheese brine (cheese, suluguni), chopped – 1/2 cup
cream of fat – 1 cup
jelly lemon – 1 package of
vinegar – 1 tbsp. spoon of
hot water – 1 cup


Cooking method:

Jelly dissolve in hot water, pour the vinegar, cool, add the two kinds of cheese and stir until smooth. When the mixture begins to thicken, add the whipped cream, stir, to shift into a form and place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Before serving, dip the form of a few seconds in hot water and to shift the contents onto a plate.
