Chakhokhbili vegetarian





potatoes 4 pieces
tomatoes 4 pieces
onion 3 head
vegetable oil 4 Art. spoons
burning pepper 1 piece
dill 3 sprigs
parsley 3 sprigs
coriander seeds 1 h. a spoon
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste



Potatoes cut into small cubes. Tomatoes Scald, peel, flesh finely chopped.


The greens coarsely chop. In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil, add the onion and sauté it until transparent. Add sliced potatoes, pour in 1/2 cup water and simmer on medium heat without a lid for about 10 minutes. Then put the tomatoes, cover, reduce heat to low, simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.


Chakhokhbili Remove from heat, add coarsely chopped peppers, herbs, salt and serve immediately on the table.
