Celery hash on kefir





boiled sausage 450 grams
Kefir 0.5 liters
celery 1 beam
potatoes 3 pieces
Radishes 15 items
boiled eggs 8 pieces
carbonated water 1 liter
onion 1 piece
cucumbers 5 pieces
sour cream 1 st. a spoon

Potatoes clean and cut into small cubes. Put the cooking. After boiling, salt and cook until tender. Drain the water and allowed to cool


Onions chop as finely as possible
