Celery hash on kefir

Ingredients:

boiled sausage 450 grams
Kefir 0.5 liters
celery 1 beam
potatoes 3 pieces
Radishes 15 items
boiled eggs 8 pieces
carbonated water 1 liter
onion 1 piece
cucumbers 5 pieces
sour cream 1 st. a spoon
