Carrot salad with raisins


carrots, grated on a coarse grater – 2 cups (4 pcs.)
raisins dark (pitted) – 1/2 cup
green onions, chopped – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
ginger grated – 1/2 tsp.
mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
mustard ready, unsharp – 2 tbsp. spoons of
lemon juice – 2 tsp.


Cooking method:

Mayonnaise mixed with mustard, add the carrots and the remaining components of the salad, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Serve with lettuce leaves any.
