Carrot salad with chestnuts


carrot, coarsely grated – 2 pcs.
chestnut, roasted – 100 g
green apples (peeled), chopped – 2 pcs.
radishes, thinly sliced – 4 pcs.
raisins dark (pitted) – 1/3 cup
lettuce or Kinky – 1 bunch of
sour cream, whipped in a solid foam – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoon
mustard ready – 2 tbsp. spoons of
lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons of


Cooking method:

To prepare the sauce, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, oil and salt thoroughly.
Carrots, apples, radishes, chopped chestnuts and raisins combine, season with the sauce, mix well, to shift in a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves and serve immediately to the table.
