“Caldey verde”


cabbage – 250 g
potatoes – 1 kg of
onions – 1 large head of
garlic – 1 clove of
sausage of pork (lingisa) – 1 pcs.
olive oil – 3/4 cup
chicken broth – 1.5 liters of


Cooking method:

Cabbage, sausage, onion and garlic finely chopped. Peel the potatoes, boil and mash.
In the broth to put the garlic, onions, mashed potatoes and half the oil norms. Boil for 10 minutes, add the sausage, cabbage, remaining oil, add salt and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve in pottery.
