Cake “Golden Balls”





Wheat flour – 400 g
margarine – 25 g
sugar – 25 g of
egg yolk – 3 pcs.
yeast – 15 g of
milk – 250 g of
vanilla sugar – 1 packet of
salt – a pinch of
nuts finely chopped – 75 g
raisins – 75 g of
powdered sugar – 50g


Cooking method:

Flour sift, add sugar, vanilla sugar, half the rate of razmyagchenyogo margarine, egg yolks, and salt.
Pour warm milk diluted in yeast, knead enough dough, cover with a cloth and put to ferment in a warm place for 90 minutes.

Then Punch the dough, place on a board sprinkled with flour and roll out to a thickness of a layer in the 1-1, 5 cm. Cut out a small glass of cakes, every dip in melted margarine, sprinkle with nuts, powdered sugar and coarsely chopped raisins. Place the cakes on one another and place on a baking series.

Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
