Cabbage Oriental





cabbage 300 grams
leaves of lettuce 100 grams
ginger root 2 centimeters
green onion 1 beam
sesame oil 2 Art. spoons
cashew nuts 60 grams
soy sauce 1 st. a spoon


Cooking method:

Cabbage and lettuce cut into strips. Ginger root grate on fine grater.

Nuts connect with grated ginger and fry in oil. Add the cabbage, lettuce and cook until tender vegetables. Vegetables sprinkle with soy sauce and mix well.

When feeding vegetables lay on a platter, sprinkle with green onion rings and sesame seeds.
