Cabbage Hungarian





Fresh cabbage – 100 g
boiled potatoes – 2-3 tubers
bacon – 80 g
of horseradish root grated – 1-2 tbsp. spoon
juice of 1/4 lemon
vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons
parsley root, celery, dill


Cooking method:

Chop the cabbage, lightly grind with salt, add the diced potatoes and bacon, grated horseradish, lemon juice, butter and mix well.
Put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
