Broccoli with cauliflower


broccoli – 2 1/2 cups of
cauliflower – 2 1/2 cups
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
parmesan cheese grated – 1/2 cup
onions, sliced rings – 1 clove
garlic, minced – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
parsley chopped – 1/4 cup
lemon peel, grated – 2 tsp.
marjoram crushed -. 1 teaspoon
wine vinegar – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp.


Cooking method:

Broccoli and cauliflower, boil for 3 minutes in salted water.
Onions and garlic fry in oil for 8 minutes until tender, then put the parsley, zest, marjoram, pour the vinegar and pepper.

Put out for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, add the broccoli and cauliflower, mix, salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately to the table.
