Breakfast of bananas

Ingredients:

bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise at first, and then – across slices – 3 pcs.
sugar – 1/3 cup
bread without crusts, chopped – 2 1/2 cups of
butter, sliced – 1/4 cup
cinnamon Powdered

 

Cooking method:

Bread mix thoroughly with the oil. A small amount of the mixture to put on the bottom with a diameter of 20 cm.
Top with bananas, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, cover with remaining mixture and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven until light golden brown.

Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Can be served with curd mass.
