Bolu with chestnuts

Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 2 cups of
corn flour – 1 cup of
yeast, dry – 1 tbsp. tablespoon
butter – 1 1/2 Art. tablespoons
sugar – 2 1/2 cups
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Milk – 1 liter of
sea salt food – 1 pinch of
brown finely chopped – 1/2 cup
sugar – 1/2 cup
cinnamon Powdered -. 1 teaspoon
butter – 3 tbsp. spoons

 

Cooking method:

To test Beat the butter and sugar, add egg yolks and milk. Slowly introduce flour, wheat, yeast and salt. All thoroughly mixed, add the beaten egg whites and stir again.
All components of the filling combine and mix thoroughly.

In the form put a layer of dough, pour 1 tablespoon dissolved butter and put a layer of filling. Layers again, ending a layer of filling.

Bake in the oven until golden brown.
