Bolu with cheese


wheat flour 2/2 cup
corn flour 1/2 cup
parmesan cheese 5 Art. spoons
sugar 3 cups
eggs 4 pieces
butter 250 grams
cream 1 cup
kiwi 1 cup
dry yeast 1 st. a spoon


Cooking method:

Cream, butter, sugar, eggs and 4 tablespoons cheese whip in a blender. In the resulting mass gradually add the wheat and corn flour, yeast and mix gently.
Put the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Remove from the oven, immediately cover with grated kiwifruit and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Before serving, cool and cut into squares.
