Bolivyano

Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 2 cups (240 g)
butter – 1 cup
milk – 2 cups of
salt
minced meat – 200 grams of
olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoon
boiled eggs, chopped – 2 pcs.
onion, finely chopped – 1 pc.
parsley chopped – 1/3 cup
raisins – 1/3 cup
olives, finely chopped – 1/3 cup
black pepper
salt
sugar – 1 cup
cinnamon Powdered – 1 tbsp. spoon
For roasting:
eggs lightly beaten – 3 pcs.
breadcrumbs finely ground – 1 1/2 cups
vegetable oil – for frying

 

Cooking method:

To test the milk to combine with butter, salt and bring to a boil, add the flour and stir to boil. Remove from heat, cool, roll out with a rolling pin on a floured table and cut into slices.
To prepare the stuffing fry the onion with butter, add the minced meat and fry for 3-5 minutes, add salt and pepper. Put the rest of the components and also a little fry.

Finished products to cool and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
