Boiled seafood


squid, peeled – 1 Kg
shrimp peeled – 1 kg of
green canned peas – 1 cup
corn, canned – 1 cup
* canned palm hearts – 1 cup of
french fries – 150 grams of
mayonnaise – 4 tbsp. tablespoons
olive oil – 1/2 cup
fresh herbs thyme, chopped – 1 tbsp. spoon
the juice of 1 lemon
bay leaf – 2 pcs.
ground black pepper


Cooking method:

Squid cut into rings, put in boiling salted water with bay leaf (if frozen squid, put something, without defrosting). Boil for 2 minutes, then removed from the broth.
In the remaining after the squid broth boil for 2 minutes shrimp.

Squid and shrimp combine, pour the lemon juice. Add green peas, corn, cut into small pieces the heart of palm, thyme and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Before serving, add the fried potatoes, season with olive oil and mix thoroughly.
