Boiled rice




About the recipe:

More than half the world’s population the main food is rice. In some countries it dishes eating three times a day. In every national cuisine has its own favorite recipes, depending on what varieties of rice are grown here, as well as local customs and tastes. Because rice is prepared salads, appetizers, soups and main dishes (risotto, paella, rice and many others), desserts and even drinks. And we prepare boiled rice, which can be submitted as a garnish to various dishes.

Figure 320 grams
butter 60 grams
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Figure loop through and rinse. Stir in salted boiling water and cook on low heat until tender. Then fold in a colander, to shift into a low bowl, season with butter and close the lid, place in oven for 15 minutes.

Serve as a garnish for dishes of meat, fish, poultry and stuffing.
