Beef tongue with wine


beef tongue 1 piece

dry red wine 1 cup
soybean oil 1 cup
onion 1 head
garlic 2 cloves
parsley to taste
leek sliced to taste
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Language pour 2 liters of water and boil in a pressure cooker for 1-11 / 2 hours.
Remove the tongue of the pressure cooker, remove fat, skin and cut into slices about the thickness of a finger.

Broth strain. Finely chopped onion and garlic, fry in oil over high heat. Season with salt, put the tongue slices, pour 1 cup of broth, obtained by cooking the language, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid, pour the wine language, pepper, add the herbs and bring to a boil.

Serve with boiled rice.
