Ingredients:

Saltwater fish 600 grams
vegetable oil 1/2 cup
onions 2 heads
Figure 2 cup
raisins 1/2 cup
Dogwood 6 pieces
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
pizza dough taste
flour 350 grams
egg 1 piece
water 2 Art. spoons
melted butter 2 Art. spoons
salt to taste

 

Cooking method:

The cleaned and gutted fish cut into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil part.
Onions chop, fry in the remaining oil until transparent. Add the raisins and dogwood, fry all together for another 5-7 minutes.

Boil the rice in plenty of salted water until half, then fold in a colander.

Combine flour, water, eggs, half the butter and salt knead the dough from which sformuyte cake – kazmag.

The bottom and sides of the pan Shots kazmagom, put the rice on it slide. Above and around the perimeter Figure lay the remaining pieces of butter. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the rice on low heat for 30 minutes.

When serving meals in the center lay the mound of rice and around it lay fried fish with onions and raisins and dogwood.

Kazmag can be fed separately or arrange them pilaf.
