“Baku kurabye”


Wheat flour – 600 g
butter – 350 g
egg white – 1 piece.
mashed apple or apricot – 30 g
sugar – 30 g
salt – to taste


Cooking method:

Oil carefully grind with sugar, gradually add the sifted flour and protein. Mix everything.
Then put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze it into a dry pan in the form of chamomile, which is put at the center of the preheated puree.

Kurabye bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
