Apple cake





Apples – 1 kg of
wheat flour – 250 grams of
salt – 1 pinch of
sugar – 150 g
butter – 150 g
cinnamon minced – 1/2 tsp.
baking powder for the dough to dough – 1/2 tsp.
cream cake – 1/2 cups and whipped cream for decoration
egg – 3 pieces.


Cooking method:

Mix the flour with salt, 50 g sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and butter, roll it into a ball and soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough, put in shape, pricked with a fork and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cream mix with eggs and remaining sugar, add 2-3 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces. The resulting mass lay on the baked cake base, lay on top of the remaining apples, seeded and sliced.

Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Ready cake cool and decorate with whipped cream.
