American egg salad





boiled eggs 3 pieces
celery 2 stalk
pickled cucumber 1 piece
dill 2 sprigs
green onion 1 stalk
→ or onion 1/4 head
Dijon mustard 1 st. a spoon
Paprika Powdered 0.5 hours. spoons
cayenne pepper to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
mayonnaise 1-2 Art. spoons


Cooking method:


Celery washed, cleaned and cut into small thin slices


Cucumbers cut into small pieces NB! Instead of cucumber you can take 1.5-2 tablespoons chopped olives or capers.


Eggs peel and finely chop or mash with a fork


Dill finely chopped


Green onions cut into small rings (if you use onions – cut into very small cubes)


Dress the salad with mayonnaise, mustard and season with paprika, cayenne and black pepper to taste.


It is possible to submit salad crackers or chips, do snack rolls, wrapped in egg mass lettuce,
use as a filling for a sandwich with bread and various cakes (tortillas, pita bread, naan, lavash)
If you use a salad as a filling for sandwiches or rolls, then, if desired, can grind all the ingredients of a food processor to pulse mode.
